By placing an order, you immediately agree with our terms and conditions as below.

Delivery
Important: The placed orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
For cancellations please contact us by email info@savonnerie.nl and notify your order number.
When payment is received, delivery will be done within 10 days. The delivery cost will automatically be added to the total amount of your order. If the ordered product is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you.
For requests as personalized soaps, give-aways etc. see our website or contact us by email.

If by mistake a wrong delivery address is given, contact us as soon as possible on tel.nr. +31-204281139 or by email and we will do our best, although we are not responsible for this matter, to make sure the goods will arrive at the correct address.

Issues
La Savonnerie Amsterdam will do its outmost best to satisfy the customers and always try to find the best solution.
For problems please contact us directly. Note: after 7 days your complaints won`t be processed.

Ordering
Very occasionally, if the technology fails or we make a genuine mistake, your attempt to place an order may be unsuccessful. Whilst we cannot be held liable for this, we will do all we can to resolve issues arising from such events.

If your order is accepted, then you accept the obligation to pay the sum as made known to you at the end of the checkout process, together with the delivery costs as stated in these Terms and Conditions.
We will only accept credit or debit cards in the name of the customer. Please make sure that there is enough credit on your card to cover the costs of the order, including the delivery costs.

Placing an order is legally binding
This does not affect your statutory rights. Please also see "Cancellations and Returns", below.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a customer`s involvement in a sale from this website if this person, in our reasonable opinion, acts against these Terms and Conditions, including non-payment of ordered products and fraudulent use of our website and/or sales. We reserve the right to bar certain e-mail addresses and telephone numbers from accessing our website to place orders. We will not accept any order from any customer whose participation has been cancelled or suspended by us without our prior given consent. You agree to and accept this.

Availability
Our soaps are fresh and handmade. On the rare occasion that we cannot supply something you have ordered, we will offer you an alternative.

Cancellation and Return
You have the right to cancel your order before we dispatch it (orders are normally dispatched within one working day), please contact us to let us know about the cancellation by email info@savonnerie.nl or +31-204281139.

Should you need to return or cancel your order, please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods. Please pack it appropriately and include a note to tell us why you are sending it back.
Return within 14 days
Products still in original state can be returned within14 days.
IMPORTANT: SOAPS CAN NOT BE RETURNED.
Please contact us before returning the products.
You will receive a confirmation as soon as your product has arrived. Within 2 weeks your money will be returned or you can expect a new product.

Privacy policy
Your personal data, which you will have to submit when placing an order on our website, will be used for processing and invoicing your order only.

Your data is not publicly available and will never be passed on to other third parties. Your data will be treated as strictly confidential.
Website content
We pay a lot of care and attention over the contents of this website. Unfortunately, we all make mistakes sometimes and occasionally make omissions. We therefore cannot guarantee that the information on our website is completely free of errors. If you spot one please email info@savonnerie.nl.

We try our hardest to replicate the colors of the products we offer on this website. However, because different computers can display colors differently, the colors you see on screen might differ from the actual colors of the products.

Prices as stated on our website are in Euro (€) and include VAT.
Disclainer and Liability
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of any information given on our website to the extent permitted by law.

La Savonnerie Amsterdam is not responsible for any delay or failure in the delivery of the products ordered by you or damage to the products when this is caused by an event beyond our control.

We reserve the right to alter these Terms and Conditions from time to time by posting new Terms and Conditions on this website.



Algemene Voorwaarden

Door uw bestelling te bevestigen op deze website, gaat u akkoord met de Algemene Voorwaarden, zoals hier beschreven.

De levering van producten
Belangrijk: Geplaatste bestellingen kunnen niet worden geannuleerd of gewijzigd zodra ze door ons systeem zijn bevestigd en verwerkt. We kunnen niet garanderen dat e-mails met betrekking tot het annuleren of wijzigen van bestellingen door ons in acht worden genomen. Voor het annuleren of wijzigen van een bestelling kunt u ons een mail sturen met vermelding van uw bestelnummer.
Tevens is het niet mogelijk om zepen te retourneren.

Levering
Levering geschiedt binnen maximaal 10 dagen na ontvangst van betaling, behoudens speciale omstandigheden.
De leveringskosten worden u bekendgemaakt bij het plaatsen van uw bestelling. Deze kosten worden berekend naast de product kosten, en zijn gebaseerd op de tarieven van Post NL.
Alle producten zijn doorgaans uit voorraad leverbaar. Het kan echter voorkomen dat een product tijdelijk niet op voorraad is. In dat geval berichten wij u zo snel mogelijk.

Cadeauverpakking
Voor wensen met betrekking tot cadeauverpakkingen kunt u uw wens invullen in het bestelformulier bij het kopje `comments` .
Voor speciale bestellingen zoals zeep met logo, bedankjes etc. kunt u onze website bezoeken of ons een e-mail sturen naar info@savonnerie.nl

Veranderen van afleveradres
Mocht na het plaatsen van de bestelling blijken, dat u een verkeerd afleveradres heeft ingevoerd, neem dan zo spoedig mogelijk telefonisch contact met ons op via 020-4281139. We kunnen niet garanderen dat we het afleveradres na bevestiging van de bestelling nog voor u kunnen veranderen. We zijn, hieruit voortkomend, dan ook niet verantwoordelijk voor de levering aan een verkeerd adres.


Leveringsvoorwaarden Post NL. Zoals eerder vermeldt, geschiedt levering van de bestelling maximaal 10 dagen na ontvangst van betaling, behoudens speciale omstandigheden. Voor de levering van uw producten, maken we gebruik van de haalservice van Post NL. Voor het in ontvangst nemen van uw pakket moet getekend worden. Gebruikmakend van hun service zijn we gebonden aan de leveringsvoorwaarden van de Post NL, zodra uw pakket ons verlaten heeft. Problemen met uw bestelling
La Savonnerie Amsterdam wil graag dat u tevreden bent over onze service en de producten. Mocht dit niet het geval zijn, neem dan altijd contact op met ons zodat we naar een passende oplossing kunnen zoeken.


Afwijkingen
Onze zelf geproduceerde zepen zijn met de grootste zorg gemaakt. Hoewel we altijd streven naar een zo goed mogelijk eind resultaat kan het voorkomen dat de kleuren niet geheel met de website overeenkomen. Hiervoor uw begrip.


Betaling, privacy en persoonsgegevens
La Savonnerie Amsterdam verplicht zich tot geheimhouding van uw betaalgegevens.
Uw persoonsgegevens, in te vullen wanneer La Savonnerie Amsterdam producten worden besteld, worden gebruikt ter afhandeling van uw bestelling en de facturering daarvan. Uw gegevens zijn niet openbaar toegankelijk en zullen evenmin aan derden bekend worden gemaakt. Uw gegevens worden vertrouwelijk behandeld. La Savonnerie Amsterdam verplicht zich tot geheimhouding van uw betaalgegevens.


14 werkdagen retour termijn
U kunt het product binnen 14 werkdagen terugsturen, mits in originele nieuwstaat en verpakking.

BELANGRIJK: ZEPEN KUNNEN NIET GERETOURNEERD WORDEN.

Neemt u voor het retour zenden telefonisch contact met ons op of stuur een email. Het is helaas niet mogelijk het product bij de chauffeur om te ruilen of mee terug te geven. U ontvangt een bevestiging zodra uw geretourneerde product in ons bezit is. Binnen twee weken wordt uw geld terug gestort of ontvangt u een nieuw product. Naast het terug sturen van producten kunt u een defect product of een verkeerd product tevens af komen leveren bij onze winkel op de Prinsengracht 294 te Amsterdam.


Wijzigingen website
La Savonnerie Amsterdam besteedt zorgvuldig aandacht aan de informatie, te vinden op de website. Desondanks kunnen fouten en eventuele omissies niet worden uitgesloten.


Recht
Op overeenkomsten tussen La Savonnerie Amsterdam en de consument waarop deze Algemene Voorwaarden betrekking hebben, is uitsluitend Nederlands recht van toepassing.
Heeft u vragen, opmerkingen of klachten betreffende de winkel, bestelling of aanverwante zaken, stuurt u deze dan naar info@savonnerie.nl of bel met de winkel op 020-4281139, beschikbaar van maandag tot en met vrijdag tussen 10.00 en 18:00 uur.
