Delivery and return policy
1. Transport.
We always use the Dutch delivery service POSTNL with track & trace. Foreign
orders will be distributed by POSTNL and concerned country. We do not use DHL, UPS or any
other courier.
2. Delivery time.
The package will be sent directly if all goods are available. Delivery time
depends on POSTNL and concerned country (click here for a list of delivery times) We will send
you the track and trace number of the parcel, by email.
3. Payment.
The payment can be done with VISA, MASTERCARD, BANCONTACT and IDEAL.
Retour payment will only be done by La Savonnerie, through the bank. NOT by retour on
creditcard. Transfer time can take a couple of days.
4. Damage.
La Savonnerie will carefully wrap the ordered goods. Nevertheless damage can
happen during the transport. If damaged, contact La Savonnerie directly and send a photo of
the damaged goods. With the exception of soap, La Savonnerie will replace the damaged article
and pay for the transport.
5. Return.
If you want to return the ordered goods, the transport costs will be yours. Be aware
that soaps cannot be returned due to hygiene and damages. The amount paid will be returned
as soon as possible after having received the goods (see Payment).
