Terms and Conditions

By placing an order, you immediately agree with our terms and conditions as below.

Delivery 
Important: The placed orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
For cancellations please contact us by email info@savonnerie.nl and notify your order number.
When payment is received, delivery will be done within 10 days. The delivery cost will automatically be added to the total amount of your order. If the ordered product is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you.

For requests as personalized soaps, give-aways etc. see our website or contact us by email.

If by mistake a wrong delivery address is given, contact us as soon as possible on tel.nr. +31-204281139 or by email and we will do our best, although we are not responsible for this matter, to make sure the goods will arrive at the correct address.

Issues 
La Savonnerie Amsterdam will do its outmost best to satisfy the customers and always try to find the best solution.
For problems please contact us directly. Note: after 7 days your complaints won't be processed.

Ordering
Very occasionally, if the technology fails or we make a genuine mistake, your attempt to place an order may be unsuccessful. Whilst we cannot be held liable for this, we will do all we can to resolve issues arising from such events.

If your order is accepted, then you accept the obligation to pay the sum as made known to you at the end of the checkout process, together with the delivery costs as stated in these Terms and Conditions.

We will only accept credit or debit cards in the name of the customer. Please make sure that there is enough credit on your card to cover the costs of the order, including the delivery costs.

Placing an order is legally binding
This does not affect your statutory rights. Please also see "Cancellations and Returns", below.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a customer's involvement in a sale from this website if this person, in our reasonable opinion, acts against these Terms and Conditions, including non-payment of ordered products and fraudulent use of our website and/or sales. We reserve the right to bar certain e-mail addresses and telephone numbers from accessing our website to place orders. We will not accept any order from any customer whose participation has been cancelled or suspended by us without our prior given consent. You agree to and accept this.

Availability 
Our soaps are fresh and handmade. On the rare occasion that we cannot supply something you have ordered, we will offer you an alternative.
 

Cancellation and Return
You have the right to cancel your order before we dispatch it (orders are normally dispatched within one working day), please contact us to let us know about the cancellation by email info@savonnerie.nl or +31-204281139.

Should you need to return or cancel your order, please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods. Please pack it appropriately and include a note to tell us why you are sending it back.

Return within 14 days  
Products still in original state can be returned within14 days.

IMPORTANT: SOAPS CAN NOT BE RETURNED.

Please contact us before returning the products.
You will receive a confirmation as soon as your product has arrived. Within 2 weeks your money will be returned or you can expect a new product.

Privacy policy 
Your personal data, which you will have to submit when placing an order on our website, will be used for processing and invoicing your order only.

Your data is not publicly available and will never be passed on to other third parties. Your data will be treated as strictly confidential.

Website content 
We pay a lot of care and attention over the contents of this website. Unfortunately, we all make mistakes sometimes and occasionally make omissions. We therefore cannot guarantee that the information on our website is completely free of errors. If you spot one please email info@savonnerie.nl. 

We try our hardest to replicate the colors of the products we offer on this website. However, because different computers can display colors differently, the colors you see on screen might differ from the actual colors of the products.

Prices as stated on our website are in Euro (€) and include VAT.

Disclainer and Liability 
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of any information given on our website to the extent permitted by law.

La Savonnerie Amsterdam is not responsible for any delay or failure in the delivery of the products ordered by you or damage to the products when this is caused by an event beyond our control.

We reserve the right to alter these Terms and Conditions from time to time by posting new Terms and Conditions on this website.
